GMCO Renovations is a small business owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team since 2010. Our mission at GMCO is to produce quality craftmanship in every job. We are dedicated to each and every job we take with the assurance that we are providing the best quality and attention to detail it deserves.
We take pride in our quality and fast turnaround, which includes delivery of materials, project management, walk-thru, turn-key and cleaning services. Xavier Lopez is the Field Manager, President & CEO, in charge of scheduling, materials, crews, estimates, and all other field and operating tasks. Vanessa C. Lopez is the company first contact, and she serves as the Controller/CFO managing all office and accounting related duties. Together, Xavier & Vanessa are the proud parents of four children and five grandchildren.

An Inside Scoop Into Our Work
CARPENTRY
We custom built a bookshelf unit with plenty of shelves to display this homeowners' favorite art and personal items, and space for a TV and speakers. We also built a bar area, kitchenette, arch columns on this split-foyer loft.
OPEN SPACE
This gorgeous 1990's property had an enclosed dining area, but we cut through it to make it a beautiful modern open space kitchen-living room combo. BATHROOM RENOVATIONS
We turned an outdated bathroom into a modern spa looking bathroom while keeping some of the old fixtures to stay within budget. The aesthetic was obtained by installing subway tiles in a vertical design, adding black fixtures and grout, a seamless glass shower door, warm stained floating shelves, a marble looking countertop, and black tiles.
KITCHEN RENOVATIONS
We can tackle any kitchen size and condition. This kitchen had subloor issues and it was old and dated.
